yeahhhhh fin de semaine passé on a eu notre première session de snow. On y etait avec Arnaud, josh from Iowa, Pancake, Stéf et moi. C'était pas pire!!!

detours: ptits villages, station de ski "le massive", Basilique St Anne, et autres trucs.

Day one (tuesday)(rain):
9am Bus to Montreal, then to Toronto.
Arrive in Toronto at 8:20pm.
Find hostel. Get lost. Discover that Toronto is big!
Check into hostel. Check! Meet some swiss and english guys.
Go to bar with random travellers. Get drunk with random people.
Find hostel again. find bed. sleep. wake up 'cos swiss fucker snoors.
Fall asleep. Wake up cos gangsta guy gets back drunk. sleep again.
Day two(sunny-warm):
Wake up hungover at 8am. Eat pancakes with maple syrup + cup of tea (lots of pancakes and tea 'cos it was free). nice!
Check out hostel.
take bus to Niagra, with random english man.
Eat at a local diner, "Dads Diner". Laugh at old men.
Go to Niagra Falls.

Take bus back to toronto.
Take bus to Kitchener (2hours west of Toronto).
Take another bus to Waterloo University. Get lost cos there are 2 universities in waterloo.
See Ilse.
Chat, go to sleep in livingroom, on couch-table-chair construction.
Day three (sunny-warm):
Wake up. Walk to market with Ilse. 8km walk, never again.
Look at Mennonites (Amish people). Laugh at them and take pictures cos they are silly.
Walk aroung Famers Market.
Eat a canadian Doner. Not bad.
At night, go eat at american style place with group of 10 people. Fun.
Had the tallest burger ever (22cm high).
This place had chicken wings with a choice of sauce:
We all had a Foolish (and had to sign a liability contract before
eating)... probably the hottest thing i have ever eaten. My eyes
watered for about 10 mins and mouth burnt foor 20 mins. drank beer to
cool down.
Sleep at ilse house again. (bedankt ilse!!!)
Day four (sunny and warm):
Leave in the morning to Toronto... arrive at midday.
Walk
around a lot. Really big city. Check out the Harbourfront, Chinatown,
Downtown, Yorkville, Bloor street (like 5th ave in NY, very chique),
and ofcourse the highest freestanding structure in the world, the CN
Tower.
Leave at night, 9pm bus to Montreal. Sleep a bit.
Day five ...saterday (cold):
arrive
at 03:30am in Montreal, find out that bus to Quebec leaves at 0630. try
to sleep in station. Keep moving away from drunk homeless people 'cos
they keep looking at my bag.
Take early bus to quebec. Man next to
me trys to make conversation, i dont reply and I fall asleep. Wake up
in quebec. cold and snowy!!!
Arrive at home at 9:30am.
Sleep 'til 1pm.
Night: to arnaud house, lots of beer and fun. beer hits harder cos im tired.
Canyon Ste Anne, dan Cape Tourmente (birdwatching) en dan (weer) de chutes de montmorency.

House-warming at Arnauds place: i walked the streets with a random sofa, got some bloke to give us a lift, stole an immo sign, i got a guy from Vancouver to throw a Pumpkin up to the window, drank a bottle of red, lots of beer, spaghetti bolo, and finished of with a dose of vodka.
Et en francais: Putain de bonne soirée quoi! ... mais le landemain... ouch!
The wind is picking up, temperature is dropping... winter is in the
air. An essential purchase had to be made! This is a blanket to be
proud of... for the animal-friendly, no i didnt go hunting! 
voila, ct l'ile d'orleans, puis on a ete a montreal. Trop chanmet comme ville!!! On a vu une match de NHL entre The Habs (Montreal) vs Ottawa. Apres 3 minutes les gants et stick etaient sur la glace, et voila le gros FIGHT! Final score 3-0 Ottawa. Mais first, cafe et ptit dej in the park!!

Josh and Kevin (usa), JT (belgium) and Anna (sweet spain), and
meee!!!This was the best trip ever!
We had to travel to Tadoussac to see the whales, which is a 3hour
drive north east... We had no map... but this wasnt a real problem,
there is only one road in Quebec that goes north! Here are pictures of
us on our little roadtrip to the whales, and some nice landscape
pictures from the car and boat! beautiful country!
This is in the
Fjord (some parts well over 110m vertical!). The Waterfall is called
"Chutes du Caribou qui pisse", (The falls of the pissing
moose)...
